Returns & Refunds
Rite Gear Limited will accept return of any item within ten days of cleared payment for replacement, exchange or refund. Should you wish to take advantage of this policy, please return the item(s) carefully wrapped and complete with packaging and enclose a note detailing your name, address, email address, reason for return and your instructions regarding the replacement, exchange or refund required. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting for your own record.
You, the customer, are responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods. However, if the goods are faulty, please detail the fault in your note and once verified, we will also refund the cost of the return.
Please note with regards winter and summer smocks, all smocks should be cared for and if any leaks appear from areas that are stitched we recommend using a good quality seam sealant this normally solves any issues and does not warrant a return, we will look at each case individually and refund where fit. Ripped garments other than at stitching or manufacturer fault will not be replaced as these would be deemed to be ripped due to misuse.
